Definitely the worst pizza on the planet , who puts a sweet hot sauce on a pizza base????? Very rude staff , poor customer service , PLEASE No One SHOULD EVER BUY FROM THIS Shop only if u want FOOD Poisoning 🤢 🤢 Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP, FOOD is HORRIBLE 🤮 it will make u SICK 🤒

I am very disappointed with Apache Pizza Kells. This isn't the first time I've received burnt pizza, incorrect orders, or missing items. Every time, I’ve paid for the full order—and the receipt lists everything I ordered—yet I don't receive everything I paid for, or I get the wrong items. When I called to explain the situation, the staff was very arrogant and claimed I hadn't ordered the missing item, even though it was clearly listed on the receipt and already paid for. They never apologized or made any attempt to rectify the mistake. I am pregnant and was really craving their food, which made this experience even more unpleasant. The food might be good, but the customer service is very poor. I will never order from this location again and do not recommend it.

I hosted a Hen and needed pizza for 35 adults. Apache Kells were so good and told me how many I should get and gave me a great deal. Not only did the pizza arrive on time it was also delicious!!! Couldn't recommend them more! Took a huge amount of pressure off me!

I ordered a pizza and the app said “buy one, get one free,” yet of course I was charged for both. As if that weren’t enough, my order arrived with a one-hour delay even though the distance from the store to my home is only five minutes. Worst of all, the order was wrong — the pizzas were super spicy and cold, so the entire meal ended up in the trash because it was inedible. Absolutely the worst experience in every way. The excuse was that they had a high volume of orders, even though I know they weren’t that busy for everything to go so wrong. Disgraceful and shameful. We’re not getting this for free — we’re paying for it. You at least owe customers accuracy in what they order. Everyone makes mistakes, but not like this. Unbelievable.
